If you are not satisfied with your Planted purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item can be used, but must be in the original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, we can only offer you a refund or exchange if the product is faulty.

In the unlikely event of a damaged item, we will cover the cost of your return postage by sending you a postage label via email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of us receiving your return.
Delivery of return / exchange
You will be responsible for paying for your postage costs on returning your item, unless the product is damaged or faulty.
If you are posting an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
